We track everything – except trust: What affiliate marketing can learn from couples therapy

Affiliate marketing is in a crisis of trust: advertisers doubt data, publishers doubt fairness. In this interactive workshop, Kathrin Siegel shows how trust can be measured, but not automated. AI-supported, demand-driven publisher recruiting: from data signals to activated partnerships

Affiliate programs are scaling today with AI-supported, demand-driven publisher recruiting. We show how market and consumer signals can be used to identify which publishers intercept relevant demand along the customer journey – and how this results in sustainable partnerships. The focus is on a clear process from identification and prioritization to approach, onboarding and go-live. Rounded off by a compact success case with interim KPIs and learnings.

Why “direct buying” solves many affiliate marketing problems and why networks should offer it.

Untracked conversions due to blocking or lack of consent, low cash flow due to long processing and payout periods, payment defaults due to insolvency. Publishers have always been exposed to certain risks, but what has been added in recent years makes the affiliate model increasingly unattractive for many. Many of the problems could be solved with “direct purchasing”.
